Dr. Finker is recognized internationally and nationally as a multi-faceted leader in many sectors. He offers a triad of invaluable life-long experiences to Forum Capital Group. As a life-long educator, he was founder and director of the first private community college in Russia. As an author, he has written numerous publications on the issues of juvenile delinquency and continuing education. In addition, Lazar also has a law degree, giving him a well-rounded reservoir of knowledge from which to utilize for his clients. A recognized leader, he is a proud citizen of the United States since 1998. William (Bill) was born in Jacksonville, FL. He continues to have a very successful career in finance, especially as it relates to the international energy sector. As a CPA, he was in the private practice of public accounting for two decades and received his CPA certification in 1980. Steven C. Koegler

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Steve has extensive experience in the practice of law with a special focus on taxation. As a tax lawyer, he has worked in various American corporations and held executive positions as Tax Principal for J.K. Lasser & Company; Tax Supervisor for Lybrand Ross Bros. & Montgomery CPA; Assistant director for Tax Research and Planning for Monsanto Corporation; Managing Director for International Spirits, LLC; and VP/General Counsel for a major international energy group. He was in the private practice of law and is a member of the International Law Sections, The Florida Bar Association. Brad Hudson

Brad began his career at International Farming Corporation, one of our nation’s leading agriculture private equity funds, where he focused on farmland and agribusiness investments. He continued developing a sound financial background by working in capital markets with the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Securities (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch). He executed a variety of corporate financial transactions for REITs and private equity funds, including mergers and acquisitions, public/private capital structures, corporate recapitalizations, loan securitizations, raising private capital, and advisory work. Brad developed capital market products for the commercial real estate business with EverBank Financial, where he established the Structured Finance Group. Tim Ritch

Initially a CPA, Tim’s career sequel to Wachovia Capital Markets where he successfully structured a broad range of leasing transactions for the bank’s corporate and institutional clients. His experience included acquiring and selling single-tenant portfolios, structuring sale-leasebacks, and creating financing structures utilizing bank debt, private placements, securitizations, and commercial paper conduits. He joined our firm nearly 15 years ago to focus on national and international real estate business by creating value-added opportunities, such as structuring numerous investments, including timberland, residential developments, commercial real estate, and single-tenant properties. | BS in Accounting, University of Florida; MBA, University of South Florida
