Born in Russia, Dr. Frenkel is an expert in global finance and economics. As a leader in these fields, she is knowledgeable in both education and corporate finance. She has held principal positions in global corporate ventures of importance. Dr. Frenkel is a proud citizen of the United States since 1998. | PhD in Economics, Kazan Finance and Economics Institute; Department Chair, Political Economy, and Professor, Kazan Finance and Economics Institute 


William E. Chattin

Treasurer, Forum Capital Group

William (Bill) was born in Jacksonville, FL. He continues to have a very successful career in finance, especially as it relates to the international energy sector. As a CPA, he was in the private practice of public accounting for two decades and received his CPA certification in 1980. He has also been the Vice President and CFO of a prominent international energy corporation for 15 years prior to his position with Forum Capital Group | Bachelor of Business Administration, University of North Florida


Steven C. Koegler

Chief Legal Counsel, Forum Capital Group

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Steve has extensive experience in the practice of law with a special focus on taxation. As a tax lawyer, he has worked in various American corporations and held executive positions as Tax Principal for J.K. Lasser & Company; Tax Supervisor for Lybrand Ross Bros. & Montgomery CPA; Assistant director for Tax Research and Planning for Monsanto Corporation; Managing Director for International Spirits, LLC; and VP/General Counsel for a major international energy group. He was in the private practice of law and is a member of the International Law Sections, The Florida Bar Association. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he is active in the Jacksonville community as a board member and trustee in various educational, corporate and religious organizations. | BSBA in Marketing and Management, Jacksonville University; Juris Doctorate, Florida State University College of Law; Post Graduate Study, Securities Law, Villanova University


Lisa Kavalieros

Managing Director, Forum Capital Group

Born in Memphis, TN Lisa’s career path has been extensive in three international business sectors while she continued her dedication to community work. She has held executive positions in finance, banking and trading operations with a prominent international energy firm and its subsidiaries from 1995-2015. Her community work includes a board member of Harry’s of America, Community Hospice PedsCare and Wolfson Children’s Hospital at Baptist Medical Center – Downtown in Jacksonville, FL, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA | BA in Advertising with a Minor in Mathematics, University of Florida 


Nick Kavalieros

Nick’s unique knowledge of history and culture helped to fuel our entering the domestic and international energy and logistics sectors for more than two decades with a world-renowned corporation dealing primarily with countries in the former Soviet Union and South America. His network of national and global partners is invaluable as he is deeply involved in all aspects of our firm’s operations with a primary focus on luxury real estate development in the United States. Tim Ritch

Managing Partner, Forum Capital Group

Initially a CPA, Tim’s career sequel to Wachovia Capital Markets where he successfully structured a broad range of leasing transactions for the bank’s corporate and institutional clients. His experience included acquiring and selling single-tenant portfolios, structuring sale-leasebacks, and creating financing structures utilizing bank debt, private placements, securitizations, and commercial paper conduits. He joined our firm nearly 20 years ago to focus on national and international real estate business by creating value-added opportunities, such as structuring numerous investments, including timberland, residential developments, commercial real estate, and single-tenant properties. | BS in Accounting, University of Florida; MBA, University of South Florida
